Workplace bullying is a dangerous hazard to both mental and physical health.
It is important that contact personnel understanding the concept of workplace bullying, the psychological, neurological, and physical injury that results and the need for a trauma informed approach to interventions.
Without this critical knowledge Institutional Betrayal becomes a significant risk and this further deepens trauma, resentment, embitterment. Ultimately, the damage to both the individual and organization become severe and often impossible to repair.
