November is the month of Thanksgiving and reflecting on Gratitude and Giving Thanks.
Our focus this month will be Why Gratitude Is Good For Us.
Difficulties don’t disappear instantly when we develop an approach to life that includes gratitude, but it can be a habit that we develop and rely on to use to support ourselves and others throughout the hard times in life.
